  1.个人经历:

  史志锋,2009年进入吉林大学攻读硕士学位,并于2011年获硕博连读资格攻读博士学位,师从国内著名半导体光电子领域专家杜国同教授,于2015年6月获微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位。硕博连读期间获得2011-2014年度吉林大学研究生优秀奖学金,华为社会奖学金、国家奖学金以及全国优秀博士学位论文培育资助计划。所撰写的博士学位论文被评为吉林大学“优秀博士学位论文”,并获吉林大学“优秀毕业研究生”称号。2015年8月至今在郑州大学物理工程学院任教,2016年1月被直聘为副教授,2016年7月获得硕士研究导师资格。

  2.研究方向:

  (1)宽禁带半导体光电材料与器件:ZnO材料(一维纳米线、二维纳米墙网络、二维单晶薄膜)的生长及物性研究;Zn(Mg)O基紫外发光二极管和激光器件研究;ZnO/GaN组合结构发光器件研究。

  (2)基于钙钛矿材料的光电器件:有机/无机杂化钙钛矿(CH3NH3PbX3)薄膜的光学特性及发光器件研究;无机钙钛矿(CsPbX3)量子点及薄膜的可控制备;基于无机钙钛矿薄膜的光电探测器研究。

  3.代表性成果:

  主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项(11604302),中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项,河南省博士后科学基金项目1项,2016年度河南省科技计划项目(基础与前沿技术研究)1项以及2015年度郑州大学优秀青年教师发展基金项目1项。在Nanoscale、Journal of Materials Chemistry C、Scientific Reports以及Applied Physics Letters等国际知名期刊上已发表SCI学术论文50余篇,其中以第一作者身份发表SCI学术论文17篇,中科院一区论文4篇,二区论文11篇,他引一百余次,并有3篇SCI文章以杂志封面的形式出版。申请发明专利3项,授权1项。
